Ordering a voice-over is simple. Start by visiting the profile of the voice talent you want. Click the big blue button to open the order form. If this is your first visit, we’ll ask for your email address. This allows us to save your preferences and projects. You can now place your order. Enter the project title, objective, and script. You can also upload your script as a file. If needed, you can add extra instructions, such as the desired tone of voice, reference links, or name pronunciations. Next, select the extra services you want. We recommend choosing both editing and mixing, which makes your voice-over recording sound perfect. Copywriting and live direction are also available. It’s easy to stay on top of things. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a clear overview of your project details and pricing. You can place your order or request a quote with just one click.

At Kudo Voices, the base price for a voice-over is usually €250. Additional costs may apply depending on the length of your script and any selected add-ons. Fortunately, for most voice-over artists, you’ll see any extra fees right away when filling out your project. During the ordering process, you can always view a clear price breakdown on the right side of your screen. Depending on how the voice-over will be used, a buy-out may sometimes be required. This is a license for using the recording in, for example, an advertisement on social media or radio. If that’s the case, it will be clearly explained during checkout. We aim to set a fixed price agreement with every voice talent. That way, you’ll know exactly what the costs are upfront. Some voice talents work on a quote basis. For these voices, you can easily request a price estimate, usually answered within 24 hours.

Paying at Kudo Voices is simple. We offer various payment methods to keep the ordering process as smooth as possible. You can pay online using iDeal or PayPal, both fast and secure options. If you prefer to pay by credit card, just let us know and we’ll arrange it for you.

When you start writing a script, it’s important to think carefully about your audience and how best to connect with them. In the voice-over world, this is often referred to as the “tone of voice.” Use language that’s clear and easy to understand for everyone, and make sure you get straight to the point. Is your voice-over intended for use with a video? If so, try reading the script out loud a few times while watching the video, and check that the pacing and content match well. If the video is already finished or nearly done, it’s helpful to send it along with your script so we can align the voice-over with the footage. Not sure how long your script will take to read? As soon as you place your order online or request a quote, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us right away. That way, you’ll know the details of your project have been received. We’ll then get started right away by briefing the voice-over artist. Within 24 hours, we’ll contact you with a status update. Often, this happens even faster.
